The complex offers a list of community shared amenities including 2 pools, 1 indoor, and 1 outdoor, a sun-bathing deck, a dock to fish from and boat slips are available on a first come, first serve basis. After the sun goes down you'll have easy access to the Padre Island nightlife as this condo is within walking distance to several bars and restaurants.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, a sponge, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
