This charming two-bedroom, three-bath townhome offers a reversed floor plan with bedrooms on the first floor and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area upstairs. Enjoy a private patio, in-property laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The complex boasts two heated saltwater pools with a waterfall, splash area, and grilling stations, plus a fenced playground – perfect for family fun. Located within walking distance of the beach, this pet-friendly retreat is ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway.

CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/NO WEIGHT RESTRICTION.

-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).

-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

We did not like the set up at all, with the living on top and beds on first floor. Noisy and inconvenient. The AC unit outside the bedroom was SO noisy. Never heard anything like it!

Vacation felt like home
We loved and enjoyed our stay here! It was actually more spacious that what we thought. We are a big family and our pets and we appreciate it so much to have found a place to bring our fur babies. It was nice waking up and being to make coffee and just feel like at home but with beach next door! Oh that too, beach was so close to us and we loved that, I personally loved that they also provided a kids wagon!!! Life savor!!

Great location & clean condo
The condo was very clean. Great location, easy access to the beach. Few recommendations: add more towels, pots & pans and create more shade at the pool.
