Our stay was very good. The condo was a bit small but not bad. Our ac unit stopped cooling the first night but they maintenance out within an hour after us calling them and took care of the issue. Cute unit. A/C was frustrating during night time hours. Cleanliness rated as a B+. Best part of the unit was the shower. Need to engineer the unit with the extra shower space to accept a dishwasher and easier access to the washer/dryer.
Very disappointed with the amount of 4 wheelers that were allowed on the property. Golf carts were fine, but the 4 wheelers were a complete disruption.

There's no such thing as a good value at these vacation rentals, but I was very satisfied with this place. It's itty bitty but it had everything I needed.
