Bamboo Bungalow CPB701K

The condo is in a great location with close proximity to the beach. Only downside is the bedroom window backs up to the street side so it can get pretty loud. The bed is also very high and pretty uncomfortable. Other than these two items the property is great.

The condo was in great condition and very clean upon arrival. Perfectly located near the beach and main road into town. The parking space is very close to the room making unloading and loading a breeze.

Overall we enjoyed our time and the unit. A few small shouts but nothing that hindered our trip:

- the bed. It’s SO tall and pretty hard.
- road noise. I know you can’t control for that and we were so tired we slept through it OK.
- the unit needs a good deep clean. Floors, light fixtures, baseboards, vents, etc were all pretty dusty
- the ice maker never turned on. Not a big deal and we bought ice since we didn’t want the disruption of maintenance but just a note
- there isn’t a decent sized skillet in the unit. They are all very small. I ended up making eggs in the pot instead.

But even with the minor notes above we loved our stay. The furnishings were great, pool was awesome, property manager was very responsive and helpful. Parking was so easy and the landscaping at the location was lovely. We would absolutely stay again. Thanks for a great vacation with tons of family memories!

We enjoyed our stay as the condo was conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. It was decorated nicely and had everything one would need for a short stay. The only constructive criticism was the bed was very firm and stiff which made it tough to get a good night's sleep. We would highly recommend adding a mattress topper or replacing it.

Our experience at Bamboo Bungalow was wonderful. It looks just like the pictures. It was close to the beach, restaurants and a grocery store. We would gladly go back. Our only complaint was the bungalow was close to a nosy street.

Loved this location. It was quaint and clean. The pool was really nice, large with ample seating, and never got overcrowded. Great location, quick drive to the beach, could have taken a golf cart there if we wanted.

While I would still recommend this property to a friend, there were a few disappointing factors that we experienced on this trip:

1) There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived
2) There were socks (assuming from the previous guest) left in the bedroom drawers
3) The ceiling fan in the bedroom rattled to the point we were unable to leave it on
4) And the bed was so high, it was difficult for us to climb into it each night

That being said, the property had everything we needed for a week long stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the internet was sufficient, lots of towels, extra blankets, etc. We did not swim in the pool but we did walk around the property and the pool area looked nice and clean.

The location was great. We were very close to the beach, grocery store, gas station, etc. The property was well-lit, no safety concerns.

The Bamboo Bungalow is a great condo. One of the best we have stayed at. Very clean, great location, nice pool. Everything we needed from kitchen was there for us and a washer and dryer were a bonus. Our only problem was the pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We wanted to use it for our daughters, but there was no way you can sleep on it. We figured out sleeping arrangements without it, but if you need more bedding, you really only get the king bed and a couch, not a sleeper.
