We were moved to this rental due to a ceiling leak in our original selection. This unit does not have what we would say is a beach view. It looks over the pool at the other complex. Plus, the security lights shine from the other complex shine in brightly to this unit all night long. The unit is not luxurious in any stretch of the imagination. Let's call it basic and needs updating. It's clean, but had a few live and dead cockroaches. The cable box in the living room died. It is convenient to the beach. It was quiet. The pickleball court is nice enough to play on.

Was disappointed in condition of property but the management team was very professional. The WORD Luxurious is very misleading! It was partial beach view, very outdated property. Which that part I dealt with, but unit needs some updating, and sprayed for roaches, that is the part that was very upsetting! They did offer to come spray while we were there but we just decided to not prepare food in unit and eat out, wasn’t sure if spray would bother my guest I had. Little misleading, but it’s OK. We love Corpus Christi/Port A area. Weather didn’t cooperate either so just not our best weekend. Also,there should be a leash law on beach. In my opinion.

Mark and his place are in a perfect spot. The parking lot is close; the beach is closer! It was our first visit to the area, and we loved the place. Mark’s care starts in the pre-notes and continues w starter treats, drinks and coffee. The facility has lots of friendly staff, and that gave us comfort. The courtyard is inviting when the beach is not. (Pool, hot tub, grills and shuffleboard). Staff helped me with some cheap eats advice. The place overall has some wear, and caution tape on some facility railings was strange. But we rolled along awesomely.

Excellent location, fabulous beach. Nice courtyard and pool and hot tub. When we stayed the pool heater was down so that was a little disappointing but still a great stay and holiday. Mark had quick and easy communication and showed us a few other units of his. We were happy with everything.

Great spot at a condo right next to the elevator within walking distance to the beach. Easy check in at the condo front desk like a normal hotel. Strict no-pets policy at the condo as a whole so we had to leave our dogs at home which was okay but just an FYI to anybody else that may wonder. The master bedroom has a sliding open-slat door for privacy but might be awkward for groups where that could be a problem. The Master shower was a little bigger than a phone booth but was fine overall. Would stay again.

From booking to check out communication was fabulous. The condo was perfect for our group. The little extra waters and kids juice boxes to the pastries was an added bonus. the beach access was amazing just walk straight out. We wished we could have stayed another day but was all booked up. Easy! Walk to the beach. From the pictures I thought it faced the Beach, but we could see it from our balcony, so good to know the layout for next time! Great 2 bedroom /2 bath condo! Very reasonable for location! Easy access to driving on beach! The pool got crowded but it was a busy time of year. We arrived Wednesday and left Saturday, Wed- Friday morning it was decently quite but come Friday it got BUSY! Great people, staff on-site the entire time! We would go back!

What a spot!

My wife and I stayed 7 days. This place is fabulous. The owners are responsive. The beach is just down the stairs! Let me say this... this property is managed beyond belief. The property is spotless. Every worker is friendly and sees if there is anything you need. Again, the beach is just down the stairs. We rented a golf cart for $100 a day. Well worth it. We packed our stuff on it and took it to the beach to relax and fish. Which, jetties are just out the door. The restaurants in the area are great, Hard Knocks, Black Sheep, Julio's, Docs, Yardarm and U and I are really worth the stops. Yardarm especially, so make a reservation. Overall, the condo has everything you would need. My wife and I had the best time. We will return and stay here, because like I keep repeating... the beach is just down the stairs, and the sun comes up just off the balcony. Absolutely beautiful. Stayed 7 nights in Nov 2021

The perfect beach-side condo!

The perfect beach-side condo! Breathtaking views from the room, clean, well-maintained house, lovely interiors incorporating the local birds and animals into the decor make it the ideal place for a relaxed vacation. Mark was a great host, very responsive, made sure we had everything we needed in the house. We weren't able to see the sun rise due to it being cloudy both days we stayed there but I am sure it is beautiful. Will definitely come back again.

Wow! The place was immaculate!

Wow! The place was immaculate and would fit at least 6! We had 4 adults and 1 toddler staying and the view was spectacular!!! The beach was right at our footsteps. The rooms were great sizes (king) with great bathrooms and kitchen (with all amenities). If you are looking for a special place to stay on your trip to North Padre Island, this is it!

Great Condo and Location!

The condo and property were really clean and the check in process is easy as they have a front desk that is open until 11PM. The location is perfect as the walk to the beach is very easy compared to other properties in the area. The owner leaves an umbrellas/chairs and even toys for you to use at the beach which saved us a lot of money as we did not need to purchase these items for the trip. The laundry is a bit pricey at $1.75 per wash and dry however, the front desk can give you change if needed. The owner was quick to answer any questions I had and is very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Would highly recommend it!

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend after hours of online research. My wife wanted someplace quiet and clean, and I wanted someplace right on the beach. This place had it all. Mark’s communications were excellent and there’s great coffee, bars and restaurants within a few minutes’ drive. When we go to Corpus again, we will be calling Mark !

It is almost hard to explain how we are actually right on the beach. Most so-called Beachfront homes are rarely truly at the beach. Most have you walking a half mile traversing sand dunes that block the beach view all together. As you noted, it is a simple stroll to the beach. Our beach is manicured daily by the city and features a mile long seawall cement boardwalk. It is truly the perfect Beachfront location. If you find that this home is booked for your next stay, please take the time to contact me about our other two vacation homes there as well. All three boast the best Texas Gulf views available. This place is excellent for a family of 4-5, the location could not be better, right in front of the beach. The area is full of restaurants/bars and stores. The apartment is well equipped, you only need to bring your stuff to be used on the beach (chairs, umbrella, etc). 100% recommended.

Mark is an amazing host, and you’ll love his home. First off, Mark makes sure that you have everything you need from check-in to eating out to checking out. And he even gives you a call to see if you have any questions before checking in. The place is awesome! We loved the space as it allowed my family of four to have fun and enjoy their time on the beach. Speaking of the beach, the beach is super close and was not busy! We would 100% stay here again!!!

Great place to stay!

My family had a great stay at this property. Being steps from the beach was amazing. Our flight arrived late, and the owners were flexible with us checking in anytime. Property was just as pictured. The heated pool broke the day before we arrived, but we were still able to use the hot tub, which was nice. The owners had excellent communication. Would definitely stay again. Mark and the team did an absolutely great job. The location is one of the best on the Texas Gulf Coast. Good gift shops, restaurants, fishing, etc all very close. The pool is heated and the hot tub is amazing. Although the walk to the beach is 100 yds + \-, we got the pass and drove on to the beach so our truck would be close to have more items. Good call. We look forward to coming back.

Great Location

We wanted something nice and by the beach. Let me say this place did not disappoint. We were right on the beach. The property was just perfect for my family. I have 2 boys (14&9) and they enjoyed the privacy of the room. The balcony was very huge and that was another bonus. When we do go back we want to stay here again. Perfect for our family

My elderly parents and I enjoyed our few days by the beach! It was a perfect location for us, as my parents could enjoy being close to the water and enjoy the ocean views without having to move around too much (they have limited mobility). It was helpful having the elevator so close to the condo. The condo was nice and bright and very comfortable, and I enjoyed using the hot tub in the common area. Mark was very attentive, and we had zero problems from beginning to end.
