Welcome to Watercolor Skies, a charming three-bedroom condo nestled in the serene Puente Vista community. This property offers breathtaking views of Laguna Madre right from the living area and private back patios. Whether you're relaxing in the living room or stepping out from the master bedroom, you'll be treated to stunning sunsets over the bridge. The open-concept living and dining area provides a perfect space to gather with loved ones and enjoy meals together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes during your stay. For added privacy, the second and third bedrooms share a fenced-in patio, ideal for unwinding in peace. With direct access to the back area, you can dock your boat or spend the day fishing just steps from your door. A short stroll takes you to the sparkling community pool for even more relaxation. Come experience the unforgettable views and coastal charm of Watercolor Skies—you’ll never want to leave!

The pool restrooms and laundry facility are closed due to renovations. Pricing reflects this, and no extra discounts apply. A notification will be provided when they are safe to open. We apologize for the inconvenience.

CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Thanksgiving escape
The stay was wonderful as usual I never have any problems when I stay at Puente vista with Padre Escapes. Everything is laid out for you easy instructions the condo was spotless and in a very great location with views of the water going out into the laguna madre. Fishing always is my hobby and I love staying here where you can fish in your temporary backyard and fish were there to be caught. I had a wonderful time and am getting ready to book again soon within the next couple of months I never get tired of this place.

Unit 116
This was not the original place we booked but due to the other renter not renting out their unit any more we were given this unit. House keeping kept the unit clean on arrival. The unit is infested with bugs. There was a large roach crawling on the walls in the restroom and the bathtub in the master bedroom had beetles. The unit faces the water so it’s fun for kids to fish right off the boat dock. Customer service with Padre Escape was very nice and friendly.

Every year there is a one week vacation I take at Puente Vista in October
I love this unit the view was the best seeing pelicans diving among many other birds and to have a view of the grasslands and the access to basically fish out of your back yard is why I book these condos this condo was wonderful I had no problems checking in or checking out and there is plenty of room throughout the condo and it was very clean I will be booking again real soon.

1 week on the island
We've stayed in at least 10 condos in the Puente Vista neighborhood and love the area; would pick a different condo though. Condo smelled like mildew and mold the whole stay and had quite a few roaches. Contacted mgt re the smell and they were great and promptly sent out maintenance to put an ozone machine in there. The ozone machine was only a temporary fix IMO since there is visible water damage in many places (walls, ceilings, etc). Very satisfied with property management though - responsive, helpful, and available.

Weekend trip
The unit was great. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool. The only thing was the AC vents in the master bedroom did it throw any air. The bedroom was uncomfortable all weekend.

Family vacation
The views at the property are gorgeous. The condo we stayed in was very nice but had a funky odor that was easily corrected with some good smelling candles. The pool area was nice but hard to get into since the office was closed at 1 in the afternoon. Finally got code to pool from timeshare office. The pool needs some tender loving care as the tiles inside the pool are coming off and one ladder is missing steps. Those are the only complaints I had, otherwise our stay was wonderful!
