Our properties at Village by the Beach offer first class living on the Texas Gulf Coast. The interior is fully furnished and custom decorated with modern, beach cottage decor, an open concept layout and covered patio allowing you to enjoy all the conveniences of home in the relaxed surroundings of beach living. Our great location provides quick access to swimming, fishing, surfing and a variety of dining options. Located within walking distance to the beach and easy access to our refreshing resort style swimming pool, this property is ideal for families or a romantic escape for two! This adorable 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom vacation rental sleeps up to 7 people in comfort!

CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 35LBS OR LESS.

-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).

-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Peace and quiet
It is our 19th anniversary and me and my husband was thinking about downsizing our RV to a teardrop. So I decided to book this 3 days in a small airstream because we both like the vintage look. I love the decor and the setup. The biggest highlight was the shower, super comfy. We are on the larger side so this allows us to weigh our options. We absolutely loved it but the location in the park was sublime. View of the pond and people playing with their dogs at the park. We only had neighbors on the back of us,and I empty field in front. so I was free to come out in my pj's with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Loved it.... Our anniversary falls on Labor Day weekend, so we even got to attend their Labor Day festival. It's free hot dogs and hamburgers with live music, couldn't get any better. The staff was super friendly. It gives small family community vibes. Five stars for super clean although everything was easy access and we didn't need to bother the host. I did forget the code inside the trailer and found myself locked out the gate. But a sweet angel in the office went ahead and buzzed us in without any questions. Most definitely will be going back

Very Disappointed this time
Upon arriving we noticed several dog poop ppiles along our unit, made a complaint, no one came those two months to clean it up. Tv stopped working, dryer quit, owner took care of both but it shouldn't be like that. Resort management and owners or corporate owners need to address appliances issues, because several renters has similar issues. It's time for some serious updates and better landscaping plus larger signs about cleaning up after pet's. We are returning next year, love the area ,pool and all the people we call our friends. We support you now please return the favor.

Unfortunately things happen that are out of our control, such as a TV and dryer going out, however, we are happy to see we were able to address it in a timely manner. As we took on this property in the middle of your stay, we are hopeful to have it in better condition upon your arrival for next year. We will talk with HOA about the grounds management and the owners of the unit about updates. We look forward to hosting you again next year!
