CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 35LBS OR LESS.

-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).

-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Perfect Beach Getaway with Family Fun!

Our recent stay at Village by the Beach B904K was fantastic! Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. It was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially appreciated the excellent communication from Padre Escapes. They were responsive and helpful. This made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach. We spent countless hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the pristine water. The pool was another highlight, especially for our kids. It was clean and well-maintained. Overall, Village by the Beach B904K was an exceptional value for the price. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly beach getaway. We can't wait to come back and create more lasting memories at this amazing property!
