Perfect for those who want to fish or enjoy the tranquility of the water, it features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area for family meals. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the guest bedroom has a queen. Step outside to the dock, where you can fish or relax by the canal, and enjoy access to first-come, first-serve boat slips and picnic tables. The pool is just steps away for family fun, and with beach access only a short walk away, you can easily enjoy the sand and surf without the hustle and bustle. Pet-friendly and perfect for those looking to bring along their furry companions, Treasure Den is the ideal spot to experience all the Island has to offer. CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/NO WEIGHT RESTRCITIONS.

-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).

-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

McNeely Fishing Trip
Very good. Unit was clean and well equipped. Best part was it was on the waterfront and the fishing was very good from the deck.

Nice place close to fishing
The room was great. The bathroom shower was downstairs from bedrooms. That was awkward. The place was a great stay, only that some of the owner/tenants sat outside their room off and on all day and night. Made it uncomfortable to truly relax.

Fishing vacation
Overall it was good. We had a wonderful time.more towels would have been nice. There were big dogs , off of leashes, and my wife was afraid. People smoking outside of our window, was very strong.

Cute little condo

Best Place Ever!
The who experience was great. The process was organized. The place was clean. Fishing right out the door. The beach 5 minutes away. We were able to bring our dogs... Who could ask for anything more?

The beds and pillows were passable.

Great Location!
The condo was very nice. Comfortably furnished and the kitchen had everything we need. The toliet in the downstairs bathroom takes about 20 minutes to refill so that can be an issue. Would definitely stay here again.
