CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS.

-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).

-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Nice Place But Comes with Roaches
This rental was great until we noticed cockroaches. What started as one quickly escalated to 10+ even after the pest spray occurred. We had a small dog and baby with us so knowing cockroaches were crawling all over the floor was extremely stressful to navigate.

This is the comfortable, well appointed and exceptionally well maintained property that one hopes to find, but seldom does. The decor and furnishings are outstandingly lovely, and the entertainment system is high spec. We’ll look forward to staying there again.

New Build next to a great park!!!
Being from Corpus we enjoy using Padre Island Escapes when coming home for visits. Some of the stays do accept pets so we always bring our fur boy. He loves it there too! The new place was super beautiful and not a far drive to the beach at all.

Excellent Stay
We stayed at the Sapphire Spyglass for a week. It is a very nice and comfortable place to stay. It is a fairly new build and it is furnished very well. It is very clean and has a washer and dryer upstairs by the bedrooms. The half bath downstairs is very convenient. We had our dogs with us and there is a small fenced in back yard area with a hot tub. It is a good neighborhood and a short drive to the beach. We give this 5 stars and will come back!

Great Place to getaway with Style
Wonderful location, close to beach but not too close to the hustle and bustle of the main road. Home was beautifully decorated and the modern appliances were a huge plus! Loved the outdoor space to just relax and enjoy the nights. Home was very clean and almost new inside.

Great place, very beautiful and very clean!
Our family visited this townhouse for the weekend and it was a very great stay for our family. The place was beautifully decorated and very clean. We slept comfortably with the two bedrooms and the pull-out couch. The second floor has a balcony that overlooks the neighborhood, which is a perfect spot to have coffee in the morning. The location is also great, a short drive to the beach, and many local restaurants and shops nearby. The house is next to a neighborhood park, great for picnics or kids to play at the playground. Our family loved our weekend stay here, and we would highly recommend this place!
