This two bedroom, two bathroom newly built unit is a great place to spend beach vacations with the entire family. The home is furnished with pirate themed décor complete with a pirate ship bunk bed for the kiddos! Smuggler's Cove offers a resort style pool as well as a playground with its very own pirate ship. Located right next to J.P. Luby, this townhome allows easy access to swimming, fishing, surfing, and multiple dining options. You'll be hooked! Located across the street from the Gulfstream complex. This two bedroom / two bathroom unit can easily sleep up to 7 people in comfort!

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
