SMUGGLERS COVE COMPLEX FEATURES

-Heated swimming pool and splash pad (heated to a max temp of 85 degrees in winter months)

-Poolside loungers, chairs, tables, and Tiki huts

-Pirate Ship playground

-Charcoal grills

-Picnic tables

CLEANING

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/NO WEIGHT RESTRICTION.

-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).

-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Great Location

Our first stay at Smuggler's Cove - A Shore Thing was excellent. The condo was exactly as presented in the photos, it was well-stocked, and nicely furnished. The location is great, as well. It is one block away from the beach and walking wall. The property is well-maintained. We have always had success with using Padre Escapes for our vacation rental needs and wants. I would highly recommend this rental and rental agency. 5 stars from us!

Perfect Paradise-Smugglers Cove

Felt like home away from home. Thee condo was gorgeous, vaulted ceilings, the kitchen was open to the living area and dining which made it easy to entertain my family.

Beautiful stay by the beach

A Shore Thing at Smugglers Cove was a wonderful bungalow! Extremely clean and just a short easy walk to the beach. Pool was across the parking lot which was nice because the bungalow remained quiet. The back patio was perfect too. My kiddo enjoyed the bunk beds and we all enjoyed the Pac Man arcade game!

The location is perfect and Clean.

We didn't use the top bunk bed, it's a little uncomfortable for my daughter to climb into.

Amazing place

Location is very good. Pool clean. Normal vacationing neighborhood (we went off season), not noisy or cramped. Place was super clean, nice, new, comfortable, spacious, full detailed, engaging, tastefully decorated. I would definitely return at my next visit to Corpus.

Great condo

This unit is wonderful. It’s super clean and well stocked. Everything was comfortable and new. The pool and playground are great for families, and the complex is right across the street from the Whitecap Beach, thirty minutes from Port A, and twenty minutes from the National Seashore. We will definitely be back.

Great location & brand new!!

Loved this rental! It was exactly as pictured with literally everything brand new. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Our only issue was we had our daughter visit us while we were there and paid the dog fee so he could come too but the lock on the door is very easy for a dog to open as we found out so we couldn’t go out to dinner with them because the dog could get out. Otherwise a great rental & would book again if they fixed their lock.

Beautiful property
