The only issue we ran into was the up straits central AC not working on the last two days. We followed all the rules and kept the temperature no lower then 72•. For some reason on Saturday night the unit turned off and stopped working. Temperature reached a very uncomfortable 79•-82• and we were forced to sleep in the downstairs living room. Was definitely and inconvenience and I notified the booking agency as soon as it happened.

I was unable to find any messages, emails, or calls during your stay noting any difficulties with the AC other than a call after you departed the property but please know we are available every day to provide the best service possible and ensure everything can be addressed promptly! We were able to check out that AC that same morning after you let us know of the issue and were able to get it fixed and up and running again with no issues! Overall, the house is perfect for larger groups, 4 bed, 3 bath with a large kitchen that is great for cooking instead of going out. The house is just off the bay so it is close to the water and the causeway is right there for travel to South Padre.

I chose this house due to the large space under the house for everyone to get together and hang out. I realize that this was in July but I was hoping that being this close to the bay we would get the gulf breeze. We did not. The house is very close to the neighbors and you don't get much breeze due to the fences around the houses. It was very warm sitting under the house. There is a fan and that helped.

Overall I would recommend this to anyone needing a bigger house to accommodate a large group. It was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen has enough items to allow for cooking.

It would not hurt for the property management company to be a little more familiar with the home so they know what is included with the home, ie... the grill.

Great place to unwind! Me & my family love this place and the location. It’s a short drive to the beach & all conveniences such as grocery stores, fresh seafood places & places to spend under the sun esp the beach! The place is immaculately clean, the kitchen is well stocked with the basic kitchenware, the dining areas are wide & clean, living room space is relaxing. Most of all, the bedrooms & bathrooms are clean thats the most important for us! We enjoyed our relaxing weekend here!

Silver Shells at 130 Las Palmas, Corpus Christi TX
Me & my family spent a weekend stay at this location. Although stay was abbreviated due to an incoming storm, the place we stayed is an excellent facility for a family. It has lots of room to accomodate up to 10 people, so our family of 5 made it very comfortable. The place is immaculately clean, bedrooms and bathrooms were well kept, living room and kitchen is roomy and all appliances are in good service. We couldn’t have found a more relaxing place as the Malaquite beach and other beach access was not too distant. Grocery and other conveniences were nearby, so are seafood restaurant, such as the Black Diamond Oyster bar was only minutes from the location. I highly recommend this place to relax and rewind!

great house in a great location. There was a plumbing issue on the city side of the line that caused issues and the staff was responsive and moved us to another great location. Thank you!
