We absolutely loved this condo for our family vacation. It was clean, fully equipped and even had a highchair for the tiny tot and we had no room to bring one. I highly recommend this place for larger or multi families that want to vacation together.

This property really good for 8 to 10 people not for up to 14 as advertised. Really need to stock more trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Did not supply dish soap. Luckily I brought extra toilet papers, paper towels, heavy duty trash bags, and dishwasher soap.
This unit 2as very clean and well maintained. However property management need to inspection their unit out and make the proper maintenance before leasing out. The bench to the small dinning room was so wobbly that our daughters sent on it and it broke. A little stracatch on their legs but no big deal. The kitchen fault was so wobbly it feels like it's going to broke off. Simple thing like that really brother the heck out of me..I'm a little OCD about things like this. But overall we really enjoyed our stayed.

We loved our stay here. The spot was the perfect distance from Whitley Cap Beach and had everything we needed for a great stay. Plus everyone in our party commented on how comfortable the beds were. We also appreciated having a high chair available for the little one.

I stayed 44 nights as a temporary living as my family and I are moving to the Corpus Christi from Colorado. Property exterior was in great condition. Inside of the property was comfortable with TV's in each bedroom which was nice for the kids. There was plenty of space for our family of five and two dogs.

We had a great week in Padre Beach View 237k! We were a party of 5, and there was plenty of space for everyone to go about their business. The property was well maintained and had a very modern feel. All of the bedrooms had TVs and the internet speed was fantastic.

The location is close enough to the beach to walk if you wanted to. It's also just a few minute drive back to the main drag where there are restaurants, shops, etc.

The only issue that we had was when we arrived, one of the fuses had tripped, rendering the TV & Internet offline. After calling the management company, they dispatched someone immediately to fix the issue and had it resolved within 15-30 minutes.

Loved the place and needed some maintenance done stove light didn't work, lighting in the kitchen over head did not work sent a message to the host and the property did not get fixed hopefully done by the next tenant. did get there link in sink this did get fix right away. Over all the place is great and would be back if all is fixed.

Our rental experience was very pleasant. The condo was cute and very clean. The only complaint was the beds are pretty hard. But other than that we will refer folks and be back. It was as convenient to the beach and very quiet. The folks are very professional and friendly, very accommodating. Overall a good indeed up pace to stay.

As always the Padre Escapes Management Staff is amazing. Their promptness is stellar. We have rented vacation homes a couple times a year for the past 30 years. No one compares. We were lacking adequate cooking pans/pots, ie. no lids for pans. Within 1/2 hour we had what we needed. Our keyless entry on front door did not work, dead battery. Seriously someone arrived and fixed the door within 5 minutes. Our back door would not open and again here, gone and fixed in 20 minutes.
That being said the house is a great vacation spot. It is within walking distance to the water and we could ride our golf cart to the grocery store and several restaurants. The beds are comvortable. The living room adequately seats several people and is also comfortable.
The one issue we had was storage in the kitchen area. The pantry across from the washer and dryer was locked. We were left with only two very small shelves in a small cabinet beside the sink. Being that we stayed 2 months there was no where to put our groceries. Thus our kitchen looked very messy as we had things on top of fridge, on kitchen table and tops of counters. We will be renting a 3 bedroom next year with a bigger kitchen.
But overall this is a great vacation home.
Thanks to Sarah Harris, vacation expert, in helping us find a house for next year. She is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Thank you Sarah!

We had a wonderful stay in this rental. It was decorated really cute and beachy,and it was very clean. It was just my family of four, and it was a perfect size for us. The location is great. Just across from the beach. There's a walk way down to the beach not far from the complex. We would definitely stay again. Pros- close to the beach, clean, allows dogs, ample sleeping space for all 13 of us.

Meals were tricky as there wasn't enough space to sit and eat together. There was enough cups, plates, utensils for all of us, though some pans have seen better days.
There's a small fenced in area at the back to wash and hang your swim wear and pet but you had to go through the bedroom.
The pool was dirty, the water was opaque and had a lot of floating particles.

2nd year staying at this complex but different address. Enjoyed our stay. Started off with a not so clean condo. Brought the property management up to date and they took care of it. The coffee pot wasn't clean and the spare sheets that were supposed to be provided weren't. As a further note to a lack of cleanliness we found a fit bit in a room that was supposed to be cleaned, towards the end of the week! Plastic bag of dirty linens in one of the closets!

Loved that there were plenty of dishes this year - enough that everyone could eat at one time! Loved that there was a crockpot! The refrigerator and dishwasher worked (last year not so much). However, I had the TV set up - always takes me a week to learn and would love to have the same TV ability on all the TVs without having to use my log in on several of them...and then remember to log out before I leave.

The pool was nice to use but by the last evening was unusable because of the number of drunk people in the pool = and the various beer cans floating in it. We used it when we didn't want to walk over to the beach which is very close and always enjoyed.

Unfortunately for all it rained every single day we were there so didn't spend as much time on the beach that we might of liked. Did take advantage to see the Aquarium and Lexington again - we see something different each time we make the trek. Ate at a couple of local restaurants but were saddened to see the local German bakery was closed.

We will be skipping next year but given the opportunity this is a great place to stay for large families.

Thank you for the feedback! We apologize about the cleaning issues; glad we were able to resolve it in a timely manner. The "Plastic bag of dirty linens in one of the closets!" are actually the old bedding that we removed when we switched to standardized linens and started cleaning them after every single stay. Not sure what the TV issues where unless you were logging in and out of a subscription service like Netflix. All TVs have cable boxes or Rokus setup with direct access to cable TV. Thank you for sharing your concerns about the pool area. I do see you where here during the busiest time of year, 4th of July, so that is probably a big part of the reason you saw so many guests there. The Aquarium and Lex are always a good time but yes unfortunately the German Bakery did close down last year. We are going to miss you next year, but hope to host you again soon! Thank you.

Easy to reserve, all as advertised. Clean facilities with plenty of room. Only suggestion is to bring a toaster if you need it.
A vendor painting the outside took part of the patio fence down without notifying us and if my wife hadn’t. Notified our dog may have been lost or injured. The were deliberately slow in closing the fence when promised - a long 90 minute lunch break and when they promised 20 minutes it was over 2 hours. We had to delay our outing until the fence was closed. We texted the company but didn’t get a response.
Another item there were some pretty heavy storms with lightening and a circuit breaker for interior lights kept kicking off ( the panel was outside and door wouldn’t close.
You might think this would detract from our experience but all were happy to be together. These issues should be addressed. We would stay again - if no painting is going on

All properties do come equipped with toasters. If for some reason this one was missing we will get it replaced ASAP. Unfortunately the painting and fence were isolated events and have to due with the HOA. That wouldn't be an issue going forward. We will check on that breaker box as well. We were very satisfied with the room and set up of the condo. The distance to the beach was great whether walking, driving, or golf carting. Restaurants all in close proximity. The had plenty of space with three bedrooms and 2 baths plus a common room with a futon for added sleeping room. Only knock would be kids upstairs walking was a bit loud that i had to go upstairs to make sure they were not running around. I would definitely stay again.

Cleanest beach place we've ever stayed. Nothing was sandy, grimy, wet or slimy when we arrived. A wash off hose with hand sprayer at the front door helped us keep it that way. Great location. Parking is a little tight, but not horrible. Trash dumpsters were overflowing. They could use another, at least for the busy season.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was nicely decorated, clean and roomy. The only drawback was that the refrigerator was out of order. In its place, the property management company had provided a small fridge, similar to ones seen in dorms or hotel rooms. We were glad to have that but it really wasn't big enough. This one downside would not keep us from returning. We really liked it. It would have been beyond perfect with a working fridge, but it was pretty close.

The property was well maintained and clean. There was ample room for all the families that stayed and one of the few properties that could accommodate 13 people plus two under two years old children. The only drawback was the entire island lost power for 8+ hours the weekend we stayed. While I know the property managers could not do anything about it, it was a major inconvenience. We had 6 children that could not sleep due to the heat and we lost 2 meals that were in crock pots due to the loss of power. Aside from that, there was plenty of parking, the pool was nice (but smaller than expected), and the distance from the beach was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Padre Beach View. The check in was a breeze. The unit was nice & clean. The kitchen was well stocked.The management was very easy to work with.. Check out was so easy, no hassle what so ever. The walk to the beach only took about 5 min. What I really liked most of all was we were able to keep our unit cool!!! Would stay here again.

Place was clean and spacious. Only feedback I will provide is to keep the pantry door unlocked. My understanding is that is where the cleaning supplies are held. I have a large family so we needed the space to store all our food instead of keeping it on the counters.

The condo is well decorated and rooms are well equipped. It also has a cozy patio. Doors to the balcony and patio give you fresh air in the night. We stayed in March, so weather was really good for such healthy sleep. Kitchen has all necessary utensils. We had great staying in this condo!

We came on a family trip of 4 adults and 3 kids, the house was perfect for us.. plenty of bedrooms and beds. TV in all rooms (and more)
Great attention to details from trash-bag, dish detergent to cookie cutter shaped with the sea theme.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful Padre visit staying in this unit. The location was really nice as we could easily walk to the beach. The unit was well-appointed and the decor was absolutely lovely. Everything put us in a relaxed and happy mood. As usual, Padre Escapes was a delight to deal with, and made sure things were perfect and easy. We also had a really good experience renting a golf cart from the Salty Dog.

Our group of 10 ladies really enjoyed our stay at this beach-themed beach condo! There was plenty of room and the decor was just perfect. The location is a short walk from the beach and we loved the option to drive our vehicle onto the beach. The pool onsite was chilly, however, but nice and we were wishing for a hot tub option. The amenities included in the condo were above and beyond expectations- a jimmy buffet margaritaville machine, all the fun glasses and even a seahorse charcuterie board! We also didn’t find the pull out bed hidden in the living room entertainment cabinet until our last hour- so heads up there if you need an extra bed. You can see the ocean from the top deck off the master upstairs. The management company was easy to reach and very responsive...the whole process from booking to check out was efficient and pleasant. Thanks for a great stay and awesome birthday celebration weekend!

This was a nice house. Decorations were great and beds were clean and comfortable. The showers worked well and had plenty of hot water. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked and we enjoyed home cooked meals throughout. They even had a crock pot.
Minor repairs were needed to fix door knobs; getting trapped in the bathroom as not fun. Additionally, the path to the beach was not cleared, the pool heater was broken, and the oven cooked low. It was a chilly few days, but we enjoyed being together and spending time together. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Good 2 months rental. Clean unit and all equipment worked. Living room furniture should be cleaned but all beds were very comfortable. Close enough to beach to walk to. Weather in January and February not the best.

9 adult family members gathered in Corpus Christi to celebrate Thanksgiving and go sailing in CC bay. We enjoyed staying at this condo with only one complaint. The kitchen was listed as fully stocked. There was only 2 12" skillets, one small dutch oven and one saucepan. We had prepare our holiday meal in stages because of lack of cooking supplies, including utensils. I would recommend bringing your own pots and pans if you intend to do a lot of cooking, which is what we always do when renting places to stay for family/friend gatherings.

We loved our visit to the Padre Beach View 237K property! I was a little apprehensive of it being a town home right next to other rentals, but it was SO QUIET and beautifully set up so that it was not overly crowded. We have an 18 month old, so the quiet was a huge deal for me when it comes to night time. The house was beautiful and the location is just across the street from one of the nicer beaches in the area. Absolutely one of the best rental properties I have ever stayed in - I will return!

This is a beautiful, clean space with comfortable beds and everything you need for a beach getaway (including little extras like games, a beach umbrella, and a high chair, oh and a margarita machine :-)). You can walk across the street to the beach or hang in the complex at the heated pool, and we split most of our days between the two. I was a little worried about the size of the space with six adults and six kiddos, but there's a great courtyard to spread out during meal time, and the extra living area upstairs made for a perfect hang out spot for the kiddos. The only thing I would mention is being very careful not to cook anything in the oven above about 350 degrees or anything at all in the oven or on the stove that's even a little bit smokey. Even with the exhaust fan running we managed to trip the smoke alarm a few times. At least it got everyone up for breakfast! ;-)

First of all, great location. Walking distance to the beach and the pool was a great way to end our nights. We barbecued poolside and there was more than enough room for us 10. The elderly neighbors were very friendly. The boys introduce themselves and took their trash out daily. We will stay again and highly recommend this place. The people in the office were very helpful and friendly as well. Easy check in and check out is a major plus also. Thanks, Padre Escapes!!!

My family and I stayed in this townhouse for 5 nights. It was very clean and beautiful. The pictures and discription of this property are accurate. Easy access to the beach and short drive to restaurants, convenience stores and souvenir shops (in case you forget anything for the beach).The property managers were very polite and professional. The next time we travel to Corpus Christi we will definitely stay at this townhouse.

GREAT, clean and close to the beach. The only issue is having only 2 parking spaces for lg family with 4 cars coming from all over the State.

Our five day stay a Padre Beach View 237 was exceptional. The property was within easy walking distance to the beach and the pool on the property grounds was great! The townhouse was well equipped with plenty of room for our whole family. I would definitely recommend Padre Beach View 237.

We brought a group of high school kids for a competition. The condo was very homey and the students didn't want to leave. They wanted to stay.The property was as described and was clean. The manager at Coldwell Banker was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this property to friends and family. While here we spent time on the beach, which was the first for some of my students.

This condo was perfect for our family. Beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful extras included. Games, video games and DVDs. High chair and pack-n-play, boogie boards, ice chest and beach chairs. Truly was like being a guest in someone's home.

We traveled with our children and grandchildren - 12 of us altogether - and stayed in one condo. The condo was very clean, the furnishings were nice, and the beds were extraordinarily comfortable. We had plenty of room for all of us and found everything we needed and beyond in the condo. The pool was very nice, and we had access to a lovely beach. The staff at Padre Escapes were most helpful. We can recommend Padre Beach View and would stay there again.

Two disclaimers: You must cross a street to get to the beach but it's not a bad walk. We 70-year-olds walked it with ease. Secondly anyone having trouble negotiating stairs would have difficulty going up to the second floor.
