The townhome is fully furnished and has 3 floors of custom decorated rooms with modern beach cottage decor. Bedrooms located on all three floors, an open concept living / dining / kitchen space on the third floor, with an exceptionally beautiful pool that offers relaxing views of Lake Padre, marshland, and the beach in the distance. What is even more amazing is that all these incredible views are right outside your window. Enjoy coffee on the balcony at sun rise or an evening cocktail while the sun sets. The Cottage House Complex is currently under renovations for roof repair and painting. The left side pool gate is closed. Pricing reflects this, and no extra discounts apply. We apologize for the inconvenience.

CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Beautiful home. Great location.
The house was clean and in the perfect location for us. The only complaint is that the ad did not have the lay out listed correctly and I didn’t get to spend much time in the common areas with my family like I had hoped because of my disability. They have fixed the ad now after I brought it to their attention. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who asks!

Family Beach Trip
This is a great place for large family! Nice that we were all able to spread out with plenty of rooms and beds. Lots of spaces to sit on the balcony and watch the kids in the pool. Kitchen was perfect for meals at home, but also this is a nice central location to go out for meals or shopping at souvenir shops. Very clean, beds were great.

Rented for a 3 night stay. Would’ve appreciated some of the basics. Coffee filters, extra trash bags, etc. couldn’t get doors to lock. Great location!
