CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Great place to stay
The condo was great! Very quiet and just a short drive to the beach. The main essentials were provided for us including board games for the kids to play. Our only suggestion for future stays is to bring our own pillows!

Great stay for an amazing price
We absolutely loved this rental. It was in the perfect location and such a spacious beautiful home.

The only feedback I have is to have the washer checked. It gets stuck on the rinse cycle literally every single wash which was super annoying. We would have to turn it off and manually push the cycle to spin. Other than that it was a good stay.

Cute little beach house!!!
This little house was so cute! My friends and I loved it! The pool was very nice and perfect to have a nice relaxing day! Would for sure stay here again! Everything was nice and put together and clean! I do wish they had a first aid kit however.
