The property's thoughtful layout includes two primary bedrooms with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a king size bed as well and the fourth bedroom features kid-friendly bunk beds, making this property ideal for extended family gatherings or multiple families.

When you step outside, only a short walk to enjoy the sparkling heated pool or take advantage of your reserved boat slip for waterfront adventures. With spectacular sunset views and easy water access, Harbor View Escape offers the perfect blend of luxury and coastal living for your next memorable vacation.

CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes promises to launder our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 5500SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These complimentary amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

-NOT PET FRIENDLY.
