CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver's License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest's name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

This unit was far less cute and stocked than the other units we have stayed at this location. The couch was stained, the bedding was cheap and uncomfortable. The murphy bed felt like sleeping on springs. There was minimal bedding and towel. The shower curtain rod was old, rusted and fell during my first shower. The garbage disposal did not work.

We're sorry to hear this particular condo did not meet your standards. We of course urge guests to call us during their stay to report any issues or required items missing from the unit as we do have an extensive inventory to replace any missing items. All Padre Escapes properties have the same standard bedding and towels, and we do only provide enough per each units occupancy limit. We typically place two sets on the bed and the additional can be found in the closet of the unit. The location of our condo was great, it was very clean quite comfy for 2, i would like to give some feedback, we have stayed at this location for over 5yrs our stay is aways a great experience, for the Gulf Gem i feel it lack things like, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper and oil. small thing. But all in all it was wonderful. Thank you!

Our condo was the perfect size for our little family trip to the beach. It was in a perfect location and super convenient. Huge swimming pool and a dock for fishing. Enjoyed the views from our balcony. Right down the road from the beach. The only thing wrong was the Wi-Fi did not work, but we didn’t mind because we were too busy enjoying our trip. We will be visiting again in the future!

Great place to stay! Everything was as presented in pictures and descriptions. Super clean! Pool and Gazebo area were very nice. Close to beach! Definitely stay here again.

The location is great and the size of unit is perfect for a couple.
I would not suggest for older people because it is on the third floor with some steep stairs but younger couples it is perfect for a weekend getaway.
The walk to the beach isn’t bad or the drive if you take your car. The pool was a good size and not overly crowded at the times we went.

Cozy Unit
Enjoyed my weekend stay at the beach club. Perfect little get away. Quiet, cozy and well designed unit. Very neat amenities, beautiful view with a short walk to the beach. Convenient location with several stores within a few mile radius. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Amazing Condo

We were the first guests to stay in this studio condo. It was very clean and well organized for the amount of space. We had plenty of room for 2 boys and myself. The property itself needs a little TLC but we didnt spend too much time there. The beach is two blocks away so thats where we spent most of our time. One thing to note. There is a boat / car wash with a water hose on the property but you have to have a special card / code to use it, which we did not. I feel that should be included as it is the only place with an outdoor faucet to rinse your sandy beach items before returning to the condo.
