You'll love the relaxed serenity this condo has to offer. The updated living area includes new comfy couches, coffee table, and décor features throughout. Step out to the patio area and enjoy the Texas breeze in the new chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, new cabinet knobs, ample storage space and everything you need to cook on vacation. Take a seat with the family at the new dining table to enjoy food together. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, walk in closet and private bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well. Both bathrooms were upgraded with brand new faucets. The community deck is a short walk to enjoy the water views or relax at the pool and soak up the sun. Only a block away from beach access and some of the easiest water access you'll find anywhere on the Island. (6 night minimum)

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

-A six-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
