Welcome to your perfect beach getaway, pet-friendly and just a short walk from the sand! This cozy second-floor condo has everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay, including a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, and more. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer for ultimate convenience. With comfy sleeping options for the whole crew—including your furry friend—this is the ideal spot for your family and pet-friendly vacations. From March 31st -April 11th, 2025 - Beach Club's pool, hot tub and pool deck will be getting a makeover. Weather permitting, estimated time of project will take two weeks to complete. Pricing reflects this, and no extra discounts apply. We apologize for the inconvenience.

CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver's License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest's name on the reservation.

-PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY: WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS OF 75LBS OR LESS/NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS.

-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).

-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Family vacation
This was a nice clean well stocked condo very close to the beach. The host provided board and card games for the kids to play . I though that was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again

perfect location!
we loved the space and the property had great amenities for kids. The pool was wonderful after a long beach day. beach is a simple walk or drive away from the condo. Comfy beds, nice lines, well appointed kitchen. Had everything we needed for a great little getaway!
