Welcome to your perfect family beach retreat at Aruba Bay Resort. This spacious townhome features an open-concept design with a well-equipped kitchen flowing into comfortable living spaces. Pet-friendly and just a short walk to the beach, this townhome offers the ideal setting for family gatherings, reunions, or peaceful getaways. With resort amenities and plenty of space for everyone, create lasting memories in this perfect South Texas coastal escape.

The Kokomo Yacht Club pool slides are closed. Pricing reflects this, and no extra discounts apply. A notification will be provided when they are safe to open. We apologize for the inconvenience.

CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS.

-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).

-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Very Clean and Great Location

Very nice and clean condo. Tons of room, great location. We had zero issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location leaky ceiling

I really liked the location. The problem was the ceiling was leaking from the second floor to the first floor. Plaster falling to the ground. I am 68 years old and slipped on the floor where the ceiling was leaking and almost did the splits.
