The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to relax in addition to a private patio to sit and enjoy the water views. The amazing kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, and all the dishes, pots, pans, and tools to make a fantastic meal. Red Fish-Inn has direct access to the shared dock and boat slips, making this the ideal location to bring your boat and fishing poles.

CLEANING

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
