This beautifully decorated one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offers modern beach cottage charm and is just two minutes from the beach perfect for families or couples looking to unwind together.

The open-concept living space features stunning views of the wetlands, a comfortable king-size bed in the master bedroom, and a cozy nook with twin bunk beds for the kids. The living room includes a twin sleeper sofa, accommodating up to five guests. With in-property amenities like a flat-screen TV, private WiFi, and a washer and dryer, you'll feel right at home.

Step outside to enjoy family-friendly features such as a swimming pool with a kid’s area, and take advantage of additional amenities, including a second pool, pool slides, boat slips, and a pickleball court at the Kokomo Yacht Club right across the street.

CLEANING

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

Great getaway
Love Aruba Bay Resort/ Padre Escapes. Have stayed multiple times at this resort . Always a great experience. Location is ideal, units have always been clean and well equipped. Amenities are fantastic. Management is always responsive, courteous and prompt. Highly recommended!
