This beautifully designed townhome features a spacious open-concept living area, ideal for creating cherished memories with loved ones. The modern kitchen, equipped with sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, invites you to whip up delicious meals after a day at the beach. Step outside to your private back patio, where you can unwind with your furry friend or enjoy al fresco dining. Located just moments from the sandy shores, this pet-friendly retreat promises a memorable beach escape for everyone.

-Boat/trailers not authorized throughout complex, street side parking with vehicle attached

-Poolside loungers, chairs, tables, and Tiki huts

-Fish cleaning station

CLEANING

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF ONE PET/WEIGHT RESTRICTION 25LBS OR LESS ONLY FOR LONG TERM STAYS.

-$300 per pet fee (30+ days).

-$100 pet cleaning fee (30+ days).

Family vacation

We rented this beautiful townhouse for our family of 4 plus my parents.
It worked out perfectly since this property has two large bedrooms with king size beds. And one sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen had everything we needed.
Our son loved the slides at the pool.
Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Clean, comfortable, big

This property is great, yet there is a lack of personal touch and care. For people only staying a week or so, it would be nice to not have to go get dish soap, trash bags, detergent, etc. There are no instructions, and the code they say to scan for more info just goes to the main website. Also the pool is tiny.

Coming Back

So easy to book through Padre Escapes. The condo was clean and the furnishing were lovely. It had everything that we needed. The location is about 2-3 blocks away from the beach. The pool areas are great. We already booked a condo for next year.
