This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath property has everything you need and is the ideal location for your next Padre Island getaway. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is freshly painted, and has plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy their space. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and all of the dishes, pots, pans, and tools to make a fantastic meal. And when you are ready to go to sleep, you will sleep peacefully on the memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms and foam insulated walls throughout the townhome. The concreate, outdoor patio is the perfect spot to start or end your day and has a personal gate with direct access to the dock and boat slips, making this the ideal location to bring your boat.

CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
