Very good stay at the Sun House with our grand kids. We had everything we needed. Only gripe was that the King Size beds floor board was a safety hazard. All of us at one time or another stubbed our toe on the protruding wood. It needs to be changed or covered at the corners with a soft cushioned cover for safety.

Absolutely wonderful. Condo was clean, location excellent, property employees great. Friendly people, and sooo pet friendly. Loved it! The only things that I would mention for future is, cleaners empty the vacuum before guest arrives, need a new broom, and property keeps pool heated a little longer.

Great stay!! Very clean and tastefully decorated! So nice--perfect place! Have stayed here in past and so glad/grateful to get to return to same super condo accommodations. Several cool features --Especially quick & easy access to beach! Totally relaxing wknd! I will be back!

Great location,theu have been working on the place for a while but the condo was very nice a bit bright with the lights hiring theouhht the top window so pretty bright in the living room at night when sleeping. There was a food a drink truck across the street heck ya!!! Pool and hot tub were great.

Our first visit to N Padre, we will be back for a longer stay in 2024. The complex is in a great location, the stairs to the third floor are a pain.
The condo was clean and in good shape, Rental Management was very helpful the 2 times their help was needed. The bunk bed, top one cannot be used, should be turned back into a closet. Overall we were satisfied.
Was the home clean and in good shape?
Was the vacation rental management staff helpful?

The condo itself was great! Super cute and clean. However, when we left the power was out (for the block), it was pouring rain and single mom here, packed up everybody's everything. I accidently left some clothes in the wardrobe in the master bedroom. I called to see if I could pay to have it shipped to me. Completely my fault, I get it, and they aren't responsible for my things. But I was told yes, however they called back to tell me that mine and my son's hanging clothes had "accidently" been thrown away. Total BS, whoever was cleaning is now enjoying some super cute tops and their kid is wearing brand new Under Armer gear. :(

Such a cute and cozy place! It was the perfect space for a couple and a cute dog. The place had everything you would need as far as dishware and appliances, so convenient. The best part was how close the beach was to our apartment, just a short walk or even shorter drive. Everything was amazing and we cant wait to come back!

Cute Condo
Nice family friendly condo. Our favorite part was the pool & hot tub. The master bed was super comfy and the kids loved the bunkbeds. The luggage racks were helpful for suitcases. The accees to beach chairs/toys was also nice.

My family and I came here to relax and enjoy some beach time. The condo was a nice and clean. The only thing I did not like was the pool was too small for the amount of condos. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I was very hesitant to stay here because of all the bad reviews. But this particular unit didn’t have any reviews (which could’ve been a good or bad thing). But my husband decided to go ahead and stay here because it had a decent gym (from what pics showed). That was really the only reason we booked here. Right before our day of departure we got an email stating that gym was closed until further notice. We were so upset. After speaking with reception on the phone and informed there were no other options, we had no choice but to just stay and find a local gym. We arrived at 4pm check in time. But it wasn’t ready. We had to wait 45 min for check in. With 2 kids and after a road trip. It felt like forever. We walked up 3 flights of filthy carpet stairs and gross hallway to our condo. The condo itself was ok. Very dated and VERY HOT!!!! It felt like I was still standing outside. So gross. There was also no where to put our stuff away. The next morning we woke up and tried to use the restroom. No water! Apparently I got an email stating there would be no water for a couple of hours. So annoying! We all had to go find somewhere nearby to use the restroom and brush our teeth. Again, so gross. The following morning they called me that an AC person was going to come by to look at the AC. By that time the condo had cooled down. But we jumped out of bed and started rushing the kids to get up. Pure chaos lol but then we got a text that he changed his mind. Again, so annoying. The next morning our power went out and the condo immediately started getting hot. Wasn’t long, but again, annoying.
The only good thing with this place, was how close to beach it was and the beds were comfortable. Love going thru Padre Escapes, but we won’t be booking Beach Club Condos again. Very disappointed to waste our money here.

We do apologize for the inconvenience of the gym being down. That is out of our control. We understand the difficulties of traveling with kids and we do make every effort to get everyone in on time, unfortunately during the busiest time of year, it doesn't always happen. We do notify you ahead of time that there is a chance you don't get in by 4pm and it only applies when stays are booked at the last minute. Stays booked in advance are scheduled for cleans and check-in time is not a problem. We also understand the inconvenience of the water and power being down however, this is not something we have any control over and while rare it does happen from time to time, we live on island. Fortunately we do have miles of windswept Texas beaches for you to enjoy. Thank you for your feedback.

Perfect place for beach vacay!
Great place! So close beachfront--easy walked 2mins straight out to Gulf seaside-sand&surf! King-bed was really comfy. Kitchen had everything. Sofa makes a bed & clever newly designed/built-in bunk beds for kiddos--or full sized adult sleepers. Nifty idea how they converted oversized unused closet into a funky little sleep room--with individual wifi chg portals & bunklighting. Plenty storage in bedrm- Had a refreshing& relaxing week here. Close (just a 3-5minutedrive) to food store-several good eateries, funky coffee shop....Will Definitely be back to stay again!

Very cute condo
We had an absolute great time staying in this condo! It was clean, cozy and well equipped! It was nice having the bunk beds and not having to pull out the sofa couch. Overall we will definitely be back!!!

Decent condo, too small for my family of 4 though. The stairs were brutal, especially when we were carrying our luggage up and down. The condo didn’t have anywhere for us to store our clothes, so we had suitcases laid out in the living room. It would have been nice to have a closet and dresser. We had problems with the sinks and tub draining, but put in a maintenance call and they got it fixed quickly. Overall, Padre Escapes was a great to rent from. I wouldn’t book this particular condo again, only because of the lack of space.

Thank you for your feedback! The owners purposely built the bunkbeds high enough off the floor for suitcases to fit underneath and the master bed was also for suitcases to fit underneath the bed. To enjoy the great views you get from this property you do have to go up some stairs but it's all worth it when you are sitting on the balcony with your favorite beverage watching the sunset over the Laguna Madre.
