The condo was nice. Third floor makes for lots of up and down stairs, so make sure you are in good shape. Had fun fishing off the dock and the amenities are nice.

Our family enjoyed our stay in 305, beautifully decorated to give us a fresh and beachy vibe on vacation. My bed and pillows were so comfortable as well as the living room area. Very roomy and accommodating with access to the pool and grills. Easy to get to the beach less than 10 minutes and less than 5 minutes to the local corner store. We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful home. Good layout and very clean. Nice view. Good amount of guest parking. Only critique is that the home wasn't accurately described with regard to sofa sleeper. Also, steps on third floor were sketchy for my elderly father but everyone else was fine.

This place is very nice. It is as described and in a great location. The pool is nice and well-maintained. The pool is in close proximity and easy to get to. The bed in the 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced. It is absolutely horrible. We are elderly and the bed was not comfortable at all. The washer and dryer need to be replaced as well. They do not function as they should. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it to a friend.

The stay at the Spinnaker was very pleasant. The service was exactly as explained and it was just as easy as could be. My only complaint if you could call it that is the washer & dryer didn’t work as well as it took longer to dry clothes and the washer didn’t total ring out the clothes either they were an older model set that did not work well. But We will still definitely stay there again.

This place was exactly what me and my family needed! Enough space, everything thing we needed in kitchen, extra stuff we needed, clean, beautiful view! Great pool! Friendly neighbors. Close to all the great shops. Close to beach. We are definitely booking here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Laguna Madre Sunset!
I will say that the third floor was quite a hike but the view from our condo was beautiful.
Our rental was very clean & nicely stocked with the essentials that we needed.
The 2nd bedroom needs a new mattress & a larger bed would be much better.
The clothes dryer needs to be repaired, it heats but the drum does not turn so your clothes will not dry.
Overall it is a very nice place to stay, just needs a couple of fixes.
The girls at the rental agency, Padre Escapes are the best. They are very friendly & super professional! Thanks for all your help!

Best Corpus Vacation Ever!!
Safe with keypad entry. Super clean with modern accents. Great sleeping quarters for parents and kiddos including sofa beds and recliners. Great vacation style full kitchen allowing the cook to still be apart of the fun games like charades and movie night. Beautiful back patio view overlooking Laguna Madre made for screensaver worthy photos. Easy, walkable distance from CVS, great running space for quick, scenic 5k walks/run. Only a hop, skip and jump away from the beach for stress free relocation from ocean side to pool side. I highly recommend this vacation spot for a Corpus visit you won't forget and that will make all of your friends jealous.
