First long term rental
Everything went very well. Padre Escapes personnel were accessible and responsive to questions and issues. Which is not case for some of the other rental companies at this location. The space was nicely equipped, clean and comfortable. I was concerned the space might be too small for a 30+ day stay, but it worked out very well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!
Overall, we had a great stay at this condo. The condo was clean and comfortable. Everything was as described and worked well. Only suggestions I have are minor. It would be helpful for the next visitor to have a few basic spices (salt, pepper, garlic) and some storage bowls for leftovers. We would rent from Padre Escapes and stay at this condo again.

Winter Texan Stay
The unit was very clean, The location was good, had the evening sunshine looking out at the lagoon. Bed was comfortable. Would be nice to have a recliner. All in all I would stay there again.

Clean with Updated Furnishings!
We had a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The property was clean, had a comfortable bed, TV’s that weren’t too complicated to work (not a fan of internet TV and prefer always REAL cable). Hopefully one day the condo association will update the exterior hallways so the property will have a better exterior appeal.
