Stay at Aruba Bay Resort, Capri is a newly constructed 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhome, located within walking distance to the beach.  This beautiful home is fully furnished with modern decor and has all the conveniences of home, making this the ideal location for your family to spend their next Padre Island getaway. The open concept living, dining and kitchen area is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and/or friends after a day at the beach. The full kitchen has everything you need and includes; granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and all the dishes, pots and pans. The private back patio off the master bedroom is the perfect place to start or end your day.  Capri has everything you could need for the perfect vacation, including the sounds of the nearby ocean right outside your door!  On-site boat slips are available for rent so don't forget to bring your boat!

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS / 10lb WEIGHT LIMIT. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
